Description
The Operations Supervisor manages people, materials, customer service, costs, workflow, and safety in a warehouse. The role reports to the Operations Manager, oversees operational metrics and SOP compliance, plans labor and shipping accuracy, performs cycle counts, maintains accurate records, and supports food safety and facility audits. It requires warehouse operations and WMS knowledge, customer relationship skills, team motivation, and food-safety experience or willingness to receive training.
