Description
The Operations Supervisor-Administration will work on-site at illumynt’s Groveport, Ohio location, overseeing inventory control and Environmental Health and Safety compliance. Responsibilities include managing cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating discrepancies, coordinating inventory movement through ERP/WMS systems, tracking KPIs, leading inventory staff, supporting audits, and improving operational efficiency. The role also maintains compliance with R2v3, TAPA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulations; conducts inspections and risk assessments; coordinates safety training, emergency preparedness, hazardous waste management, and regulatory recordkeeping. A minimum of three years in a similar role is required, while a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is desirable.
