Description

ECAM is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor to lead Detection, Escalation, and Monitoring Specialists. The role manages attendance and staffing, performance and quality metrics, employee development, customer escalations, reporting, process improvements, and small-scale projects. It requires a bachelor's or college degree, at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, English proficiency, and onsite availability, with evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Required Previous Experiences: 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment

Experience fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
Experience monitoring and achieving SLAs and KPIs
