Description
The Operations Supervisor will oversee Bergen and Passaic County public transit operations during the second shift from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility for additional days or extended hours. The role supervises bus operators and dispatch personnel, coordinates resources, monitors service and compliance, audits documentation, ensures vehicle readiness, resolves disruptions, and supports investigations and safety initiatives. The position offers an annual salary of $70,000–$75,000 and medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, supplemental, 401K, paid time off, and holiday pay benefits.
