Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees residential program operations, including operation aides, client activities, safety, facility cleanliness, inventory, staffing coverage, client orientation, and coordination with admissions, counseling, and multidisciplinary teams. The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of supervisory experience, and two years of experience working with women in substance use or mental health; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with unrestricted OASAS CASAC-T/CASAC-Counselor certification and bilingual Spanish ability.
