Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support Area Managers and Operations Managers in driving innovation and effective execution across transportation networks. The role involves overseeing departmental tasks, allocating staff, monitoring attendance and workflow, supporting onboarding and training, tracking performance metrics, resolving process issues, and reporting equipment defects. The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 20kg and work shifts lasting up to 10 hours.
