Amazon is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support shift and area managers at an operations site, oversee daily procedures and safety, train employees, monitor workflows and site performance, and use data analytics to improve safety, quality, and productivity. The role may also involve shift scheduling and occasionally acting as a shift manager. Basic qualifications include advanced German language skills, experience with data analytics, and professional MS Office experience; stakeholder management, operations experience, and advanced English are preferred.
