The role involves coaching employees, conducting site inspections and audits, managing staffing, schedules, budgets, inventory, and equipment, resolving client and operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and labour requirements. It is a field-based leadership position requiring travel, flexibility for day, night, evening, and weekend work, and a valid driver's licence and clean driving abstract.
