Alpine is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline teams across multiple client sites in Oshawa, Whitby, Peterborough, and surrounding rural communities. The field-based role involves coaching employees, conducting site inspections and audits, managing staffing and budgets, resolving client and operational issues, maintaining compliance, and supporting maintenance and supply activities. The position requires at least three years of experience leading teams in a multi-site operational environment and two years in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or a similar service-focused industry, along with a valid driver's licence, clean driving abstract, and territory travel flexibility.
