Aptive Environmental is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor in the Houston, Texas area to lead a local field operations team focused on quality, service, customer retention, employee retention, labor utilization, payroll, KPIs, and pest-control service delivery. The role requires strong communication, analytical, leadership, and software skills, a valid US driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain required licenses and certifications. Compensation is $50,000–$65,000 annually plus a performance bonus, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
