Description
The Transportation Operations Manager will supervise and coordinate transportation operations in an assigned region, plan vehicle and driver assignments, manage the fleet and suppliers, oversee maintenance and incidents, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, train drivers and operations staff, optimize routes, and collaborate with commercial, traffic, purchasing, finance, and safety departments. The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, at least three years of transportation or fleet management experience, knowledge of route planning and safety regulations, and availability for travel and incident handling outside regular hours.
