Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations, including operator safety, onboarding and training, customer service, dispatching, project scheduling, bidding and proposal support, business development, and review of operator paperwork. The role requires supervisory experience and prior experience in specified commercial construction, utility, waste, equipment rental, trucking, or fleet-management areas; a CDL, mechanical skills, and sales experience are preferred.
