BancFirst is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor in Seminole, Oklahoma, to supervise teller and customer service representative activities, enforce internal controls and compliance procedures, conduct audits, monitor cash and alarm systems, support hiring and training, and assist with account opening and servicing. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, two to three years of teller experience, proficiency with Horizon, Horizon Teller, and iDO, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work additional hours when needed.
