Description
The Employee-Owner provides day-to-day leadership of an assigned manufacturing area, supervising employees and leading safety, quality, efficiency, throughput, and on-time performance initiatives. The role includes coaching and developing team members, conducting interviews, resolving conflicts, monitoring KPIs, managing overtime and costs, and supporting continuous improvement. It requires a two-year related-degree or equivalent education and experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a loud, non-temperature-controlled environment with machinery and moving parts.
