Cencora is hiring a full-time Supervisor for its dedicated Operations team in the Kirchheim branch, supporting global logistics and storage services through World Courier. The role supervises shift operations, plans and schedules front-line staff, ensures compliance with GxP, regulatory, and cold-chain requirements, monitors shipments and equipment, troubleshoots operational issues, supports training and performance evaluations, and helps improve productivity and employee morale. Relevant logistics experience, cold-chain knowledge, leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills are required; proficiency with World Courier systems is preferred.
