Description
Cleanaway is hiring a permanent full-time Operations Supervisor to lead operational excellence across the region, build and coach frontline teams, maintain safety standards, and deliver safe, efficient, high-quality services. The role requires hands-on leadership, staff management and scheduling, strong communication and organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management is preferred but not essential, and the position is based in Buronga or Lismore, New South Wales, Australia.
