Cleanaway is hiring a permanent, full-time Operations Supervisor in Morningside, Queensland, Australia. The role coordinates driver-run schedules, improves collection operations and service delivery, leads and mentors a team, manages equipment maintenance, handles customer service and service issues, monitors NHVR regulations, prepares labour and cost reports, and leads performance-management investigations. The position follows an afternoon Wednesday-to-Saturday roster from 1200 to 2200 and includes a weekend allowance. Candidates should have a transport and logistics background, safety-management knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with HSE, environmental, and NHV legislation; a Heavy Rigid driver’s licence is desirable but not essential.
