Description
The Semiconductor Production Supervisor is responsible for achieving shift production targets in a semiconductor manufacturing environment by managing technicians and operators, coordinating materials, equipment, facilities, and labor, maintaining timecards and training records, and supporting cross-functional improvement efforts. The role requires at least three years of production or manufacturing supervision experience, familiarity with MES and PDM systems, ISO 9000/14000 knowledge, and prior experience in wafer fabrication, assembly, or testing. The position involves rotating shifts, including an 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. schedule from Sunday through Wednesday, and requires most of the time inside a clean room.
