Description
The Semiconductor Production Supervisor is responsible for achieving shift production targets in a semiconductor manufacturing environment by managing technicians and operators, coordinating materials, equipment, facilities, and labor, maintaining timecards and shift discipline, cross-training staff, and reporting output. The role requires at least three years of production or manufacturing supervision experience, familiarity with MES and PDM systems, ISO 9000/14000 knowledge, and prior experience in wafer fabrication, assembly, or testing of semiconductors, optoelectronics, or electronics. The position involves rotating shifts, including an 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. schedule from Sunday through Wednesday, and requires most of the time to be spent inside a clean room.
