Description
The role coordinates and supervises tire retreading, installation, and maintenance operations in workshops and field locations; oversees operational teams and service quality; leads conveyor-belt installation and preventive and corrective maintenance; develops maintenance schedules; manages operational budgets; and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies. The position requires a completed high school education and two years of experience as a SR Tire Retreader (Vulcanizer) or SR Maintenance Mechanic.
