Description
Stobart is hiring an Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day running of a consumer transport depot, including shift leadership, staff coaching, vehicle and trailer maintenance, depot checks, driver performance, payroll support, recruitment, training, risk assessments, and KPI reporting. The role works Monday to Friday nights from 15:00 to 01:00, pays up to £31,000 per annum, and requires transport operations experience, knowledge of EU Hours and tachograph legislation, PC and Excel skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
