Dexterra Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations at an outdoor shopping mall. The role supervises a team of cleaners, assigns and monitors work, responds to site needs, supports training and onboarding, and ensures safety and quality standards are met. The position is based primarily in the exterior areas of the property, requires work in all weather conditions, and includes weekends and holidays. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Sunday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with 40 hours per week and an hourly wage of $19.00 to $20.00.
