Description
The role manages a 24/7 warehousing team, plans staffing, directs daily operations, supports performance and succession planning, handles disciplinary and grievance matters, enforces safety and company policies, and leads productivity and inventory-control activities. It requires at least two years of warehousing management experience in 24/7 operations, one year of team-management experience, analytical and communication skills, knowledge of quality and health and safety requirements, and background with a warehouse management system.
