Description
The Logistics Operations Manager supervises and manages end-to-end logistics operations, including order booking, receiving, order fulfillment and picking, dispatching, invoicing, delivery scheduling, document printing, IRA reconciliation, resource management, reporting, SOP and work instruction development, and team engagement. The role requires at least two years of logistics and supply chain operations experience, people and customer management experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a supervisory capacity.
