Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees receipt and shipment of materials, supplies, and products across multiple distribution locations. The role supervises and develops hourly team members, creates receiving and shipping schedules, manages labor and materials, verifies shipments and inventory transactions, conducts audits and cycle counts, coordinates damaged-product rework, and maintains safe, compliant operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 4–6 years of distribution or manufacturing experience including 1–2 years in a supervisory role, forklift or HAZMAT certification, computer and warehouse-system proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
