Description
Ecowaste Solutions is hiring a Supervisor to lead a waste-management operations team, establish safe and productive work practices, supervise and engage operators, manage routes and deliveries, maintain heavy equipment, prepare production and labor reports, and support corrective actions. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of supervisor, team lead, or foreman experience, and management of drivers; CDL, equipment-operator, and college-degree experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, home daily, with a 50–60-hour work week, and the position offers weekly pay, health, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
