Description
The Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and oversees a department focused on heavy equipment operations, delivery scheduling, vehicle and equipment safety, production reporting, corrective actions, and operator engagement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of supervisor, team lead, or foreman experience, and management of drivers; CDL B and equipment operator experience are preferred. The position is home daily Monday through Friday for 50–60 hours, with weekly pay, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, a retirement plan with a company match, paid time off, and other incentives.
