Description
The role supervises assigned staff and oversees airline-catering operations, including liaison with airline representatives, preparation of catering orders, loading and offloading procedures, spot checks, documentation, customer-service quality, incident investigation, safe working practices, regulatory compliance, resource allocation, and shift handovers. It requires a diploma or equivalent qualification, five years of experience in flight operations, food packing, or logistics, preferably in airline catering or food, and two years of supervisory exposure; Six Sigma, logistics, or supply-chain certification is preferred.
