Emerald Technologies is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its Saline, Michigan team to lead and manage daily operations, supervise team activities, approve timecards and schedules, coach and evaluate employees, monitor KPIs, support development, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations. The role requires at least two years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing, along with analytical, communication, conflict-resolution, organizational, and relevant-system skills.
