Description
Penske Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead transportation and logistics activities at a single location on the evening/night shift. The role supervises drivers and hourly associates, oversees dispatch, freight loading and unloading, customer service, scheduling, documentation, safety, performance management, equipment utilization and maintenance coordination, financial and productivity targets, and continuous improvement. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM with occasional Saturdays, and compensation is $56,200–$74,500 annually plus bonus eligibility of up to 12% of base salary.
