Five Star Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Operations Supervisor in Guatemala City to lead daily site operations, coordinate with U.S.-based leadership, coach and manage front-line team members, monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and maintain a positive, accountable work environment. The role requires at least one year of supervisory or team-lead experience, strong performance-management and process skills, hands-on floor presence, and adaptability in a dynamic onsite environment.
