Description
The Operations Supervisor leads day-to-day multimodal transportation, supply chain, and contract logistics operations, supervising frontline associates and coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, dispatching, routing, and yard activities. The role is responsible for safety, quality, regulatory compliance, productivity, customer service, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and team development, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and compensation of 72K–75K. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, at least three years of warehouse, distribution, transportation, or supply chain experience, and is 100% on-site.
