Description

The Operations Supervisor leads day-to-day multimodal transportation, supply chain, and contract logistics operations, supervising frontline associates and coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, dispatching, routing, and yard activities. The role is responsible for operational performance, safety, quality, customer service, compliance, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and team development, with a fixed schedule covering Wednesday through Sunday and requiring 100% on-site work.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations experience, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities
Experience leading and supervising frontline teams in fast-paced operational environments
Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
