The Waste Management Site Supervisor monitors and supervises site operations and employees, maintains equipment and safety standards, manages personnel, inventory, records, and preventive maintenance, and supports profitable operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, and either landfill or transfer-station experience; transfer-station operators must obtain SWANA certification within 60 days of hire, while landfill operators must have baler and forklift experience and hazardous-materials training.
