The role oversees route scheduling, driver hiring and training, performance and safety compliance, customer-service resolution, and operational productivity. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory experience in logistics, transportation, or route management or one year as a GFL Lead Driver, and strong knowledge of CDL and DOT regulations. The position offers $75,000–$90,000 in base pay plus potential annual bonus, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement matching, and other benefits.
