Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining product-line personnel; resolving customer complaints; scheduling drivers and toter/helpers; monitoring routes and customer service; directing collection and disposal operations; maintaining productivity and safety standards; and ensuring compliance with CDL regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory experience or one year as a GFL Environmental Lead Driver, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
