Description
The Waste Management Site Supervisor safely monitors and supervises site operations and employees, maintains equipment and safe working conditions, manages personnel, inventory, records, and preventive maintenance, and supports profitable operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, and either landfill or transfer-station experience; landfill operators must also have horizontal-baler and bobcat/forklift experience plus hazardous-materials training. The position is primarily outdoors and involves physical work in noisy, variable-weather conditions.
