Description

HBR Realty is hiring an Operations Supervisor to strategically manage the commercial operations of real estate developments. The role oversees asset preservation, safety, maintenance, vendors, construction and renovation projects, stakeholder relationships, budgets, contracts, operational KPIs, inspections, documentation, and the rollout and inauguration of new operations. It requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, relevant experience in building and facilities operations, and field work with travel between developments.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
Required Previous Experiences: Experience managing corporate buildings, condominiums, mixed-use developments, shopping malls, commercial centers, or active façade operations
Experience in building maintenance, construction, renovations, adaptations, and project work
Experience managing and monitoring vendors and third-party companies
Experience managing relationships with condominium managers, property managers, occupants, retailers, owners, and other stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of technical standards, building maintenance, and Engineering and Architecture processes
Knowledge of budget management, cost control, and financial monitoring of contracts
Willingness to work in the field and travel between developments
