Operations Supervisor at Heritage Auctions

Heritage Auctions is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day movement, handling, storage, inventory, and processing of consigned property through its Beverly Hills office. The role supervises shippers, packers, and consignment coordinators; manages property flow to photographers, catalogers, specialists, and other departments; maintains accurate inventory and secure storage; coordinates shipments and loading; trains staff; and prepares operational reports. The position reports to the Managing Director and may require extended hours, including nights and weekends.
