ID Logistics is hiring an on-site Operations Supervisor for a second-shift, Monday-Friday role. The supervisor manages warehouse workflow, assigns tasks, monitors safety and compliance, investigates accidents, coaches and trains associates, coordinates attendance and payroll matters, and oversees production associates while maintaining food-grade Good Manufacturing Practices. Compensation is $70,000 annually plus a bonus, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, and 401(k) matching benefits.
