Description
The Operations Supervisor at Interstate Waste Services is responsible for the efficient and scheduled processing of solid waste materials according to approved procedures. This includes inspecting incoming materials, preventing the disposal of unauthorized items, and overseeing tipping area operations. The supervisor will also manage a team of Equipment Operators, Laborers, and Scale Operators, and may operate plant equipment directly.
