ISS is hiring a Site Operations Supervisor at 9500 IKEA Way, West Chester, Ohio, to lead and coordinate facility operations and soft-service teams, including janitorial, dishwashing, and cart-attending activities. The role reports to the Site Operations Manager, oversees service quality, staffing, scheduling, customer experience, compliance, KPIs, and SLAs, and collaborates with vendors and local stakeholders. Candidates need at least three years of supervisory experience in facility management, janitorial, or maintenance operations, along with leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and CMMS work-order management skills.
