Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is hiring an Operations Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership at its Defiance, Ohio facility. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, employee development, scheduling, labor and inventory performance, safety and food-safety compliance, audits, equipment needs, and process improvements. The position requires three to five years of warehouse leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse management and inventory experience, and the ability to obtain industrial truck and trainer certifications. The schedule is Monday through Friday or Wednesday through Sunday, with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
