Description
Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its Coffee Operating Unit at 30 Gauthier Drive, Essex Junction, Vermont. The role leads approximately 25 manufacturing associates in a highly automated, TPM-based production environment, overseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, equipment uptime, continuous improvement, and cross-functional operations. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing or similar production experience, three years supervising teams of 10 or more in a Lean manufacturing environment, and experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar manufacturing systems. The schedule is D1 from 5:55 p.m. to 6:16 a.m. Monday through Wednesday and alternating Thursdays, with weekend and holiday flexibility required. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 annually, paid biweekly, with medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.
