Description
Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor for its Coffee Operating Unit in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role leads approximately 25 manufacturing associates in a highly automated, TPM-based production environment, overseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, safety, quality, production efficiency, cost reduction, equipment uptime, and continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing or similar production experience, three years of leadership experience supervising 10 or more employees in a Lean manufacturing environment, and experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar manufacturing systems. The schedule is days 2, Friday through Sunday, from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.
