Description
The Supervisor, E-Fulfillment will manage merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network, coordinate department workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, resolve service issues, and ensure staffing, productivity, cost, and quality goals are met. The role leads direct reports, coaches associates, communicates objectives, and supports multi-shift retail operations. Required qualifications include prior distribution-warehouse team-management experience, knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems, a bachelor’s or advanced degree, and strong communication skills; preferred qualifications include Lean or continuous-improvement methodologies, data-management experience, and automated material-handling and SQL experience.
