Description

McKesson Medical-Surgical is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead daily distribution center operations, supervise warehouse associates, oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping, and drive productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The role requires at least three years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or related operations experience, leadership experience, WMS or inventory management experience, and the ability to work flexible schedules in an onsite distribution center. The base pay range is $57,400 to $95,600, with additional compensation opportunities.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, supply chain, or related operations experience
Leadership experience leading teams, coaching employees, or serving in a team lead, supervisor, or similar role
Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory management software
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center
Experience managing inbound, outbound, and inventory operations
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with labor planning, workforce scheduling, and productivity management
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical supply distribution experience
