Design Within Reach is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for an assigned warehouse or distribution shift. The role focuses on safety, quality, customer service, productivity, inventory control, shipping accuracy, employee training and coaching, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement of distribution processes. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; powered industrial vehicle and mobile handheld device experience are preferred.
