Description
The Distribution/Transportation Supervisor leads day-to-day distribution and transportation operations at an assigned facility or satellite area, supervising receipt, storage, order fulfillment, loading, and delivery activities. The role manages staffing, schedules, routes, productivity, safety, customer relationships, and team performance while coaching associates and supporting business growth. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong leadership and operational knowledge; a bachelor's degree and Black Belt or Dale Carnegie certifications are preferred. The position pays $50,000 to $65,000 per year and runs Monday through Friday starting at 4:00 PM.
