Description
The Waste-to-Energy Plant Supervisor oversees shift operations in a waste-to-energy facility, coordinating control-room and field teams and supervising thermal systems, combustion, boilers, environmental controls, utilities, and auxiliary systems. The role monitors DCS parameters, directs operators, makes operational decisions during deviations, ensures compliance with technical and safety standards, reports critical events, and maintains shift records. It reports to the Plant Manager and requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, planning and people-management abilities, and preferably five years of production leadership experience; a relevant engineering, business administration, or production management degree is preferred.
